The Cobham Band presents its Annual Spring Concert at Cobham Village Hall (Lushington Drive, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2LU) this Saturday at 7.30pm. David Ruel the band’s Musical Director has prepared an entertaining and varied programme which includes both traditional and popular brass band music.
Tickets: £8 for adults, £6 concessions and £3 under 18s. Tickets can be purchased on the door or in advance from Sheargold Pianos, 162 Anyards Road, Cobham.
The Cobham Band is delighted to be able to announce that it has sent two further cheques, both made for the sum of £250.00 to its Band charities.

The Cobham Band (Charity No. 1099007) under the baton of David Ruel was very pleased to collect £337.32 from carolling last Saturday morning (5th December) in Hollyhedge Road, Cobham.
The proceeds from carolling engagements and the Band’s ‘Christmas Concert’ to be held on Saturday 12th December at St. Andrew’s Church, Cobham will go towards supporting the Band’s annual charities for 2009 to 2010 which are Help for Heroes and Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children.
The Band last year at its Christmas concert raised in excess of £900 for The Shooting Star Children’s Hospice and Christopher’s Hospice (CHASE ~ Hospice care for children), so let’s hope the Band can do just as well this year !
